PM Support (m/f/d) fokus Azure DevOps | KPI | Dashboard

You will be part of the Horizon and infra product project. The Horizon and infra project is responsible for all changes in the ETRM Allegro system, whether they are small items or big features, as well as handling L3 incidents.

The key responsibilities of the teams are:

• Incident Management: Handling L3 incidents and requests related to the systems they support.

• ETRM Allegro System: Managing all changes and updates to the ETRM Allegro system, which includes both small items and big features. The team oversees the implementation of various modules and functionalities within the Allegro system.

Anforderungen

• Maintain and update project documentation and dashboards
• Create and maintain queries in Azure DevOps
• Moderate Agile ceremonies (e.g., refinement, retrospectives, review, sprint planning), prepare agendas, and record minutes
• Track deliverables and resource allocation
• Monitor team KPIs and compile performance dashboards
• Manage data in project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
• Organize workshops and team events

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting tools and data visualization.
• Knowledge of risk management and resource planning.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
