Tasks
Supporting the existing recruitment team in day-to-day business, e.g.
Analysing customer project requirements
Creation and publication of project tenders
Reviewing incoming applications (primarily IT experts)
Conducting applicant interviews (availability, technical, social, conditions, etc.)
Preparation of offers Accompanying the assigned employees (contact person for the assigned consultants) *
Support contract management
Profile
Experience in IT recruiting, preferably also 360c Good knowledge of English
