We are moving beyond team-level Agile to true enterprise agility. We need a seasoned Enterprise Agile Coach to guide our organization through this transformation.

Your role is to help us scale our Scrum implementation, break down silos between departments, and increase efficiency across multiple product lines. You will not just be coaching teams; you will be coaching the organization on how to think, behave, and deliver like a modern enterprise.

Anforderungen

1. Lead Enterprise Transformation

  • Drive the adoption of Agile principles across the organization, moving beyond IT/Engineering into the wider business context.
  • Guide leadership and middle management through the cultural shifts required for enterprise agility (shifting from "command and control" to "servant leadership").
  • Design and implement scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or a custom hybrid) that suit our specific organizational context.

2. Elevate Scrum Maturity

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Scrum, ensuring high-quality implementation across multiple product teams.
  • Mentor and coach a cohort of Scrum Masters, helping them move from "meeting facilitators" to true team coaches and change agents.
  • Diagnose and correct "Zombie Scrum" (going through the motions without delivering value) by refocusing teams on empiricism and iterative improvement.

3. Operational Efficiency & Value Streams

  • Map and analyze enterprise Value Streams to identify organizational impediments, hand-off delays, and structural inefficiencies.
  • Work with Product Management to move away from project-based funding/thinking toward product-centric delivery.
  • Establish consistent metrics for health and performance (e.g., Flow Velocity, Predictability) to provide visibility to executive leadership without micromanaging teams.

4. Change Management

  • Facilitate large-scale events (Big Room Planning, PI Planning, Open Space Technology) to align strategy with execution.
  • Create communities of practice (CoPs) to foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the enterprise.

  • Experience: 5-7+ years as an Agile Coach, with at least 2 years focused on Enterprise-level transformation.
  • Scrum Mastery: Deep, expert-level knowledge of Scrum. Advanced certifications (CSP-SM, CST, CEC, or CTC) are highly preferred.
  • Scaling Experience: Proven track record of implementing scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or Scrum@Scale) in a complex environment.
  • Change Agent: Experience dealing with organizational resistance and successfully guiding leadership through change.

  • Executive Presence: Confidence to coach and challenge senior leadership and executives.
  • System Thinker: You see the "whole" organization, not just individual teams. You understand how changing one part of the system affects the others.
  • Diplomatic Disruptor: You know how to challenge the status quo without alienating the people necessary to make it happen.
