This request covers an additional external resource supporting the Ideation Platform as a Senior Business Analyst, aligned with the business analysis topics currently handled within the platform scope. The role focuses on structured business and ideation requirements engineering, stakeholder alignment, and translation of business needs into platform-ready configurations and artefacts. The engagement supports collaboration, ideation, and AI-enabled use cases and works closely with product and platform stakeholders. The resource is delivered fully offsite in a nearshore setup.

The project focuses on enhancing and operating an ideation and collaboration platform as a central platform for structured idea management across business units. Key content includes the analysis, and documentation of business requirements, their translation into functional specifications (e.g., user stories and acceptance criteria), and stakeholder alignment on prioritisation and delivery constraints. The goal is to enable consistent, scalable solutions that improve the quality and speed of ideation workflows.

Anforderungen

Purpose & Scope

• Consult the Ideation Platform as a Senior Business Analyst with focus on platform, SaaS and ideation-related topics.
• Act as an interface between business stakeholders and the platform/product organization.

Tasks & Deliverables

• Identify, structure, and document business and ideation requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Constult prioritisation and refinement of backlog items for the Ideation Platform.
• Analyse impacts of new requirements on existing platform capabilities and processes.
• Consult use cases related to collaboration, ideation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Align requirements with platform standards, governance, and non-functional constraints.
• Implement approved concepts at functional and configuration level
• Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation and decision records.
• Collaborate closely with product owner, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders.

Must Have

• Proven experience as Senior Business Analyst in digital, SaaS, or platform environments.
• Strong requirements engineering skills (functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders in complex enterprise setups.
• Knowledge of Miro or Applications as a Platform service
• Understanding of agile product development, ideation methodologies and platform-based delivery models.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Prior experience in large enterprise or multi-platform environments.

Should Have

• Experience in collaboration
• Ability to work at the intersection of business, product, and technical teams.
• Experience with non-functional requirements from a business perspective (security, compliance, operability).

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled ideation or innovation use cases.
