Leistungsbeschreibung

The objective of this project is to enhance the customer experience by developing an AI-powered Product Advisor that helps customers identify the most suitable customers products based on their individual needs. The solution leverages Generative AI and intelligent agent capabilities to guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales journey, from product discovery and consultation to contract completion on the customers website.

As part of a cross-functional product team, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and production rollout of a Generative AI-based customer advisory solution. The application will provide personalized product recommendations and support customers throughout the end-to-end sales process across customers digital channels.

Anforderungen

Designing and implementing agentic AI workflows and customer advisory capabilities

• Designing and implementing agentic AI workflows and customer advisory capabilities
• Developing and optimizing LLM-based applications and RAG architectures
• Translating complex business rules into reliable and scalable AI agent behavior
• Implementing quality assurance and testing concepts for AI-driven interactions
• Consulting the deployment and operationalization of the solution in a production environment
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, RAG architectures
• Proven track record of translating complex business requirements and custom decision logic into reliable agentic behavior
• Strong software engineering background with excellent coding skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI development frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience designing and executing testing strategies for AI agents and agentic workflows
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions from prototype to production
• Experience with Azure is a plus

• Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and can confidently facilitate workshops, align expectations, and communicate complex technical topics to different audiences
• Strong ownership mindset, high intrinsic motivation, and a pragmatic "get-things-done" attitude
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven working style
