ETRM Business Analyst (m/w/d) focus Allegro | 3rd. level support

You will be part of the Horizon product team. The Horizon team is responsible for all changes in the ETRM Allegro system, whether they are small items or big features, as well as handling L3 incidents

• Incident Management: Handling L3 incidents and requests related to the systems they support
• ETRM Allegro System: Managing all changes and updates to the ETRM Allegro system, which includes both small items and big features. The team oversees the implementation of various modules and functionalities within the Allegro system

Anforderungen

• Conduct detailed requirements analysis for existing software Horizon.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, business managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Work closely with the software development team to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.
• Development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze production incidents, collaborate with developers and other teams (like L2 support) to fix issues, and ensure timely resolution. This includes investigating and diagnosing incidents to identify their root causes, and providing timely resolutions or workarounds

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) experience. Really welcome if Allegro ETRM system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using business analysis software and tools (e.g., Azure, JIRA, Confluence)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
