Leistungsbeschreibung

The project deals with the implementation, maintenance and further development of non-commodity products within the Agile Release Train (ART) Integrated Proposition using SAFe as the development framework.

The aim is to map the products in full and ensure the stability and performance of ART Integrated Proposition's business processes across all areas, from service processes for agents and product creation processes to order processing.

The Salesforce system, in conjunction with various other systems (Mulesoft, Inspire, SAP, Powercloud), makes a significant contribution to this. The requirements for the project include high-performance and error-free further development to ensure sustainable operation and the best possible data quality in the interconnected systems.

Anforderungen

• Development and maintenance of integration solutions: Design and implementation of integrations and APIs with the Mulesoft Anypoint platform to connect various systems and applications within the enterprise architecture. Design and implement scalable, reusable and secure APIs and integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform
• API creation and management: Building and documenting APIs using Anypoint API Designer and API Manager to ensure a standardised and reusable API architecture in compliance with RAML specifications and RESTful principles
• Data integration and transformation: Design and implementation of data mappings and transformations to ensure smooth data exchange between internal and external systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, databases, legacy systems)
• Troubleshooting and optimisation: Diagnosing and resolving integration issues, monitoring performance and optimising integration processes to ensure high system availability (monitoring with Anypoint Monitoring, Runtime Manager and other monitoring tools)
• Manage the entire API lifecycle: design, development, deployment, versioning, and decommissioning using best practices for API governance and security (OAuth2, JWT, client ID enforcement)
• Implementation of security standards: Ensuring data security and compliance with requirements, including through the implementation of authentication, authorisation and encryption within the APIs
• Collaboration with other teams: Close collaboration with other development teams, business analysts and architects to analyse integration requirements and develop solutions that support business processes
• Testing and quality assurance: Creation of unit and integration tests with MUnit and other test frameworks, and implementation of performance optimisations and bug fixes for Mule applications
• Documentation and knowledge transfer: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for all integration solutions and implementation of training and knowledge transfer for internal stakeholders and end users

The MuleSoft developer is therefore responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role ensures seamless data flow between systems, applications and services, enabling efficient business processes and digital transformation initiatives.
