Leistungsbeschreibung

As part of the project, the existing interfaces to the SAP and Powercloud billing systems, the Inspire output management system via Mulesoft, and inventory functions in the service processes for agents in Salesforce must be analysed, measures for improvement and further development derived, and these implemented. Process performance must be optimised and the quality of development ensured by reducing incidents and technical debt. To this end, the external consultant is to carry out appropriate analyses and derive concepts. These must then be implemented as part of the necessary implementation measures.

Anforderungen

1. Design and development

  • Analysis of existing requirements with regard to technical implementation options in Salesforce.
  • Design and implementation of service processes for agents (including validations, automations, custom objects, flows, etc.).
  • Design and implementation of APIs for connecting the Mulesoft middleware

 

2. Technical implementation

  • Implementation of individual extensions within the Salesforce environment in accordance with agreed specifications, with a focus on Salesforce front-end/agent processes in service, such as meter reading and bank data transfer, as well as associated processes such as document generation.
  • Creation of reusable components in accordance with best practices (e.g. clean code, documentation, scalability).

 

3. Quality assurance

  • Performing and documenting unit tests for quality assurance
  • Analysing faulty integration tests from development
  • Resolving productive error patterns caused by development (hotfix and permanent solution)

Technical skills

  • Customisation and development of Salesforce solutions: Development of tailor-made solutions to meet business requirements, including custom objects and flows
  • Apex and Lightning Component programming: Writing and optimising Apex code, Visualforce pages and triggers to implement customer-specific functionalities
  • Troubleshooting and system maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, regularly reviewing and optimising system performance
  • Best practice implementation and documentation: Implementing Salesforce best practices, creating and maintaining documentation for developed code and processes
