Senior SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) Zeitwertkonten

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Zeitwertkonten (Time Value Accounts) to support a project in Germany. This role requires full onsite presence due to legal, operational, and stakeholder-facing requirements.

The consultant will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of SAP HCM Time Value Accounts within an ADP‑hosted SAP HCM landscape, including functional design, blueprinting, configuration specifications for Time Management and Payroll, integration with external insurance provider systems, and support throughout testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

This is a committed position with active client demand and ongoing sales escalation.

Anforderungen

• Lead the full end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM Time Value Accounts (Zeitwertkonten)
• Deliver functional design, blueprint documentation, and configuration specifications for SAP HCM PT (Time Management) and SAP HCM PY (Payroll)
• Coordinate and execute integration with an external insurance provider portal
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and hypercare
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, hosting partners, and client stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables comply with German legal and payroll frameworks
• Maintain onsite presence in Germany throughout the project period

• Experience integrating SAP HCM processes with external insurance provider portals
• Knowledge transfer and documentation background
• Experience in regulated or unionized environments
• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• 10–15+ years of overall SAP HCM experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Time Management (PT) and Payroll (PY)
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience with Zeitwertkonten
• Strong understanding of German labor law and payroll processes
• Experience working in ADP‑hosted SAP HCM environments
• Expertise in SAP HCM integration with third‑party systems
• Business-fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2/C1)
• Solid client-facing consulting experience
• Onsite availability in Germany (mandatory)
