Leistungsbeschreibung

As part of the project, the existing interfaces to the SAP and Powercloud billing systems, the CIAM consent management system, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign management system and the Inspire output management system via Mulesoft, as well as related inventory functions in Salesforce, need to be analysed and automated tests developed to continuously ensure the quality of development. To this end, the external contractor is to develop appropriate test scripts.

Anforderungen

1. Test case development

• Developing and documenting test cases based on existing test requirements in the area of service processes for agents
• Ensuring maximum automated test case coverage of the respective software features developed

2. Technical implementation

• Implementing test scripts based on Playwright, Java and Java Spring Boot in accordance with agreed specifications, with a focus on Salesforce front-end/agent processes, service processes such as meter reading and bank data transmission, and related processes such as document generation
• Identification of errors and deviations in comparison to the requirement specification, in particular to the acceptance criteria of the respective requirements

3. Quality assurance

• Documentation of the developed test scripts
• Tracking of errors/deviations found to ensure timely correction
• Development and implementation of strategies for the continuous improvement of test scripts

• Development and maintenance of automated test scripts: Create and maintain automated test scripts for the Salesforce platform using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Java, and Java Spring Boot to automate regression testing and maximise test coverage
• API test automation with Rest Assured: Develop and execute automated API tests to validate the functionality and integrity of Salesforce APIs and integrations with external systems
• Automated testing of Salesforce customisations: Ensure that customisations such as workflows, custom objects, and Visualforce pages are correctly tested using automated test scenarios
• Creation of test strategies and frameworks: Design and implement robust test strategies and test automation frameworks that are suitable for Salesforce environments and optimise the use of tools such as Selenium and Playwright
• Execution and analysis of test runs: Execute automated tests and analyse the results, identify and document errors, and work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues
• Maintenance and optimisation of the test infrastructure: Regular maintenance and optimisation of test environments, ensuring continuous integration and performance of automated tests
• Documentation and reporting: Creation of detailed test reports, regular communication of test results and suggestions for improvement to optimise test processes and efficiency in the Salesforce environment
• Troubleshooting and system maintenance: Diagnosing and solving technical problems, regularly checking and optimising system performance.
• Best practice implementation and documentation: Implementing best practices, creating and maintaining documentation for developed code and processes
